AssetFlow uses account, household, asset, maintenance, billing, and requested AI data to provide the service. The final controller identity, contacts, legal bases, retention periods, providers, transfers, and supervisory authority must be completed before public launch.

Do not upload payment-card numbers, identity documents, special-category data, or unrelated third-party information. AI requests are minimized to maintenance-relevant context and are not used to train AssetFlow models.

You can export or delete your account from Settings. Requests for correction, restriction, objection, or other rights can be made through the published privacy contact once the legal notice is finalized.
